Whole of Life Policies
If you have taken out a Whole of Life Insurance Policy or an Investment Link Policy, you should have been made aware that the premiums increase during the life of the plan. If you are struggling with repayments due to increased premiums that were not made clear at the start of your policy, you may have been mis-sold the product and may therefore be due a full refund or compensation.
